설호영 안산시의원, ‘사회복지기금 설치 및 운용 조례 개정안’

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시의회 설호영 의원이 대표 발의한 안산시 사회복지기금 설치 및 운용 조례 전부개정조례안이 지난달 27일 제302회 임시회 문화복지위원회에서 원안 가결됐다.

이번 개정안은 사회복지기금의 설치 목적을 더욱 명확히 하고 재원의 효율적인 확보와 체계적인 관리 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다. 특히 기존 자활사업지원금과 생활안정자금을 자활계정으로 통합해 기금 운용의 효율성을 높였으며 기금 계정을 자활계정과 노인복지계정 및 장애인복지계정으로 구분하고 각 계정별 지원 대상을 구체적으로 명시해 운용의 실효성을 강화했다.
