안산시의회, 행동강령 운영 자문위원회 위원 위촉식 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시의회는 13일 제7기 의원 행동강령 운영 자문위원회 위원 위촉식을 열고 위원회 구성을 완료했다.

이번 7기 자문위원회는 변성원 교수, 박준연 변호사 등 학계와 법조계, 언론계 및 시민사회를 아우르는 전문가 7명으로 구성됐으며 오는 2028년 3월까지 2년간 활동한다.

자문위원들은 의원 행동강령 위반 행위에 대한 신고 접수와 조사 처리를 비롯해 의원들의 국내외 활동 승인, 행동강령 교육 및 준수 여부 점검 등 의회의 청렴성을 높이기 위한 핵심적인 자문 업무를 수행한다.

안산시의회 의원 행동강령 조례에 근거해 설치된 이 위원회는 시민들의 기대에 부응하는 투명한 의정 환경을 조성하는 데 목적이 있다.
