안산시의회, 제302회 임시회서 의원발의 조례안 12건 ‘심의’

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시의회는 지난 23일 개회한 제302회 임시회에서 의원들이 발의한 조례안 12건을 포함해 총 40건의 안건 심의에 들어갔다.

이번 임시회에서 조례안을 발의한 의원은 최찬규, 김유숙, 유재수, 설호영, 현옥순, 황은화, 박은경, 김진숙, 박은정 의원 등 총 9명이다.

의회운영위원회에서는 최찬규 의원이 시민 의견 수렴을 의정활동에 반영하기 위한 안산시의회 토론회 등 운영 조례안을 발의했다. 기획행정위원회 소관으로는 선감학원 사건 희생자 추모사업 지원 조례 개정안과 농어업작업 안전재해 예방 및 지원 조례안이 제출됐다.

문화복지위원회에서는 성인 문자해득교육 지원 조례 전부개정안과 사회복지기금 설치 및 운용 조례 전부개정안이 심의된다. 또한 출산축하금 상향과 가족돌봄수당 지급 근거를 담은 출산장려 지원 조례 개정안, 반려견 순찰대 지원 조례안, 헌혈 장려 조례 개정안 등 실생활과 밀접한 안건들이 다뤄진다.

도시환경위원회 소관으로는 가설건축물 축조 신고 대상을 정비하는 건축 조례 개정안과 친환경 소재 현수막 사용 및 재활용 활성화를 위한 조례안이 발의됐다. 전세사기 예방 및 안전전세 관리단 운영 조례안과 지역건설산업 활성화 촉진 조례 개정안도 함께 심사 대상에 올랐다.

의회는 오는 27일 상임위원회 의결을 거쳐 내달 9일 제3차 본회의에서 해당 조례안들을 최종 의결할 예정이다.
