안산시의회, 민사집행법 개정 촉구 이어 관련 현장활동 실시

박태순 의장과 박은정 도시환경위원장은 29일 단원구 소재 공사 현장을 방문하여 하수급인이 원청의 채권 압류로 인해 기성금을 받지 못하고 있는 상황을 점검했다. 해당 현장은 시공사의 채권 압류로 인해 작년 추석 이후 공사가 중단되었으며 하도급사의 노무비 지급마저 멈춘 상태다.

앞서 의회는 지난 27일 경기도시·군의회의장협의회에서 민사집행법 개정 촉구 건의안을 제안하여 조속한 법 개정의 필요성을 강조했다. 현장 간담회에서 의원들은 하도급인의 피해를 최소화하기 위해 법적 틀 안에서 기성비를 원만히 해결할 것을 시에 당부하고 공기 지연에 따른 부실 공사 방지와 자재비 상승 대비 및 현장 안전 관리를 요청했다.
