수원특례시의회, 제400회 임시회 마무리

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회는 8일 제400회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 열고 조례안과 동의안 등 총 38건의 안건을 의결하며 8일간의 회기 일정을 마무리했다.

이번 본회의에서는 각 상임위원회의 심사를 거친 안건 대부분이 원안대로 가결됐으며 일부 조례안은 합리적인 운영을 위해 수정가결됐다.

수정가결된 주요 안건으로는 수원시 지방공무원 복무 조례 일부개정조례안과 수원시 상수도원인자부담금 산정·징수 조례 일부개정조례안, 수원시 푸른숲 책뜰 운영 및 관리 조례 일부개정조례안 등 3건이 포함됐다. 의회운영위원회 소관인 수원시의회 청소년 의회체험활동 운영 조례안은 원안가결되었으며 기획경제위원회와 도시미래위원회는 각각 중소기업 육성 및 인공지능 관련 조례안 등을 처리하며 분야별 정책 기반을 점검했다.

보건복지위원회는 장애인 및 청소년 시설의 민간위탁 동의안을 가결하여 복지 서비스의 연속성을 확보했고 환경안전위원회와 문화체육교육위원회도 소관 조례안을 처리했다. 이와 함께 수원시와 베트남 하이퐁시 간 국제자매결연 동의안과 2026년도 공유재산관리계획안도 본회의를 통과했다.
