수원특례시의회 기획경제위원회, 민생·경제 핵심 제도 정비 속도

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회 기획경제위원회는 2일 제400회 임시회 기간 중 회의를 열고 조례안 및 동의안 등 10건의 안건을 심사했다.

이날 위원회는 수원시 지방공무원 복무 조례 일부개정조례안을 수정 가결하고 그 외 안건은 모두 원안 가결했다. 이번 심사는 지역 경제 활성화와 시민 생활 안정을 뒷받침할 핵심 제도를 정비하는 데 초점을 맞춰 진행됐다.

위원회는 중소기업 지원과 재정사업 관리 그리고 불법 사금융 대응과 인재 육성 등 경제 및 재정 전반에 걸친 정책 기반을 점검하며 제도 개선에 속도를 냈다. 특히 재정사업의 체계적인 관리 기반 구축과 시민 피해 예방을 위한 제도 보완 그리고 공공자산의 효율적인 운영 방안 마련 등을 통해 정책의 실효성을 높이는 데 주력했다.

장정희 위원장은 이번 심사가 시민 삶과 직결되는 경제 정책의 실행력을 높이는 데 중점을 두었으며 실질적인 변화로 이어질 수 있도록 면밀히 검토했다고 밝혔다.

주요 발의 안건으로는 강영우 의원이 대표 발의한 수원시 시정소식지 발행 조례 일부개정조례안과 수원시 중소기업육성기금 설치 및 운영 조례 일부개정조례안이 포함됐다.

홍종철 의원은 수원시 재정사업 종결 관리 기본 조례안과 수원시 불법사금융업 광고 차단 및 예방 조례안 그리고 수원시 지방공무원 복무 조례 일부개정조례안을 대표 발의했다. 또한 김동은 의원은 수원시 여성과학기술인 육성 및 지원 조례안을 통해 전문 인력 지원 기반을 마련했다.
