용인특례시, 공공데이터제공·데이터기반행정 평가 2년 연속 ‘우수기관’

【브레이크뉴스 경기남부 = 용인 이현준 기자】 용인특례시가 ‘2025년 공공데이터 제공 및 데이터기반행정 실태 평가’에서 우수기관으로 선정됐다

행정안전부가 주관한 평가는 전국 684개 기관을 대상으로 공공데이터 개방과 활용, 데이터 품질, 데이터 기반 행정의 분석·활용, 공유, 관리체계 등을 종합적으로 점검하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

시는 모든 항목에서 고르게 높은 점수를 받아 2년 연속 우수 등급을 획득했다.

이번 성과는 공공데이터 개방 확대와 데이터 기반 행정 역량 강화를 위해 추진해 온 개선 노력이 실제 성과로 이어진 결과로 평가된다.

시는 인공지능(AI) 콜센터 운영을 통해 민원 응대의 신속성과 정확도를 높이고, 직원 대상 생성형 AI 업무지원 플랫폼을 도입해 내부 행정 효율성을 향상시킨 점이 긍정적으로 평가됐다.
