경상원, ‘에너지 세이브 챌린지’ 추진

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도시장상권진흥원은 국가 자원안보 위기 상황에 대응하고 공공기관의 선도적 역할을 강화하기 위해 에너지 세이브 챌린지를 추진한다.

이번 챌린지는 산업통상자원부의 원유 자원안보 위기경보 주의 단계 격상에 따라 에너지 절약 실천을 독려하기 위해 마련됐다. 대상은 경상원 전 임직원이며 2026년 3월부터 위기경보 해제 시까지 운영된다.

경상원은 챌린지를 통해 미사용 전등 소등과 적정 실내온도 유지 및 PC 절전모드 활용 등 5대 실천과제를 운영한다. 특히 난방 20도와 냉방 26도를 준수하고 퇴근 시 전원을 완전히 종료하며 흑백 출력을 우선 사용하고 친환경 공용차량을 이용하는 등 구체적인 지침을 세웠다. 또한 임직원 승용차 5부제를 시행해 교통 분야의 에너지 사용 절감도 병행하고 있다.
