경기도, 경기청년 사다리 프로그램 참여자 모집 결과 발표

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도와 경기도미래세대재단은 3월 6일부터 26일까지 2026년 경기청년 사다리 프로그램 참여자를 모집한 결과 185명 정원에 총 5,250명이 지원해 28.4대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다.

경기청년 사다리 프로그램은 도내 청년들에게 해외 대학 연수 기회를 제공하여 진로 탐색과 새로운 도전을 돕는 사업이다. 올해는 미국과 싱가포르 및 중국과 캐나다, 프랑스와 호주 등 6개국 8개 대학에서 3~4주간 연수가 진행되며 사전 역량 강화 교육과 사후관리 프로그램도 함께 운영된다.

대학별 지원 현황은 캐나다 브리티시컬럼비아대가 1,116명으로 가장 많았으며 미국 워싱턴대와 호주 퀸즐랜드대가 그 뒤를 이었다. 지원자 연령대는 24세 이하가 69%로 주를 이뤘고 성별은 여성이 81%로 남성보다 높게 나타났다.
