특히 사회적 약자배려를 위한 공간구성, 밝고 쾌적한 내부환경 및 색채구성, 민원공무원의 안전한 근무환경 조성과 민원실 직원들의 친절한 민원응대 서비스에서 우수한 평가를 받았다.

이번 국민행복민원실 인증은 2026년 12월 31일까지 3년간 유지되며, 지속적인 민원환경 및 서비스 개선을 추진해 나갈 방침이다.
