시흥도시공사, 거북섬 여름철 관광 및 해양레저 활성화 프로그램 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥도시공사가 본격적인 여름 휴가철을 맞아 시흥 거북섬을 찾는 시민과 관광객들을 위해 다채로운 체험 프로그램과 이벤트를 선보이며 관광 활성화에 나섰다.

공사는 지난 4일 거북섬 홍보관에서 시화호의 생태 자산과 해양 환경의 중요성을 알리는 친환경 공예 체험 '행운 바다부적 만들기'와 풍선 이벤트 등을 운영해 방문객들의 큰 호응을 얻었다. 또한 오는 8월 17일까지 패들보드, 카트보트 등 해양레저 교육 프로그램을 운영하며, 9월 20일까지는 웨이브파크 미오코스타 야간 물놀이를 운영한다.
