여주시, 농산물가공창업교육 2기 개강

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시농업기술센터가 8일 농업인 18명이 참석한 가운데 '2026년 농산물가공창업교육 2기' 개강식을 열고 교육을 시작했다.

이번 교육은 8월 26일까지 총 8회에 걸쳐 진행되며 농산물 가공 창업 인허가 절차, 신제품 개발 설계, 식품 법규 및 위생 관리, 착즙·추출 실습 등으로 구성됐다. 교육생들은 창업에 필요한 이론과 실무를 습득해 농산물 상품 개발 능력을 높이게 된다.

이번 교육은 농업인들에게 체계적인 가공 및 창업 실무를 제공해 독자적인 상품 개발 역량을 키우는 효과가 있다.
