지역경제 선순환 프로젝트는 시의 재정집행이 관내 소상공인과 기업으로 우선 투입되도록 유도해 지역 내 소비와 생산, 투자의 선순환 체계를 구축하는 사업으로 현재 9개 부서에서 15개 실행목표를 추진하고 있다.
