광주도시관리공사, 취약계층 주거환경 개선 사회공헌활동 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주도시관리공사가 지난 5월 30일과 31일 이틀간 관내 취약계층 2가구의 주거환경 개선을 위한 사회공헌활동을 실시했다.

이번 활동은 여름철을 앞두고 공사의 환경기초시설 전문기술인력이 사전 답사를 통해 대상 가구를 선정하여 진행됐다.

공사 직원들은 자발적으로 참여해 LED 등기구 및 노후 콘센트 교체, 실내 전기배선 정리 등을 진행하며 전기 사용의 안전성을 높이고 화재 예방에 기여했다. 또한 노후 방충망 교체와 파손된 선풍기 부품 수리로 쾌적한 실내환경을 조성했으며 노후 계단 난간을 교체해 어르신의 낙상사고 예방과 이동 편의 증진을 도왔다.
