안성시시설관리공단, 관리자 18명 ‘심리상담사 1급’ 자격 취득

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안성 이현준기자] 안성시시설관리공단이 조직 내 인권 존중 문화를 정착시키고 관리자의 상담 역량을 강화하기 위해 실시한 심리상담사 자격 취득 교육에서 교육 대상자 전원이 자격증을 취득했다.

이번 교육은 공단 자체 인권 의식 실태 조사 결과 조직 내 갈등이나 인권 침해 발생 시 상급자와의 상담을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타남에 따라 실질적인 대응 능력을 키우기 위해 추진됐다.

이정찬 이사장을 포함한 관리자들과 노동조합위원장 등 총 18명은 관련 교육을 이수한 후 자격시험을 거쳐 심리상담사 1급 자격을 취득했다. 공단은 이를 통해 관리자 중심의 전문적인 상담 역량을 확보하고 인권 침해 상황에서 적극적인 소통으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 조직 문화 기반을 마련했다.
