시흥도시공사, 시흥시 통·반장 대상 환경미화타운 시설 견학 프로그램 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부= 이현준기자] 시흥도시공사는 시흥시 각 지역 통·반장들을 대상으로 환경미화타운 시설 견학 프로그램을 운영한다.

이번 견학 프로그램은 통·반장들이 생활폐기물 처리와 자원순환 과정을 직접 경험으로써, 환경기초시설에 대한 이해를 높이고 주민을 대상으로 올바른 분리배출과 환경보전 실천을 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.

견학 프로그램은 환경미화타운 운영 전반에 대한 설명을 시작으로, 생활폐기물 처리시설과 자원회수 시설, 그린센터 현장 견학 질의응답 및 안전교육 순으로 진행될 예정이다. 참가자들은 폐기물이 처리·재활용되는 전 과정을 직접 경험하며 환경시설의 역할과 중요성을 체감할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
