시흥시, 배곧신도시 유휴부지 5필지 수의계약 매각 추진

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시는 지난 1월 7일부터 배곧신도시 내 유휴부지 5필지를 대상으로 수의계약 방식의 매각을 추진하고 있다.

이번 매각 대상지는 일반공개경쟁 입찰을 두 차례에 걸쳐 실시했으나 유찰된 부지로 ▲배곧동 10 ▲배곧동 63 ▲배곧동 170 ▲배곧동 206-5 ▲배곧동300-2이다.

매수 희망자는 계약보증금 10%를 지정된 계좌에 납부한 뒤, 시흥시청 경제자유구역과에 방문해 용지매입신청서를 작성하면 된다. 매각은 선착순으로 진행되며, 중도금과 잔금은 3년 무이자 분할로 납부하면 된다.

부지별 용도와 건축 가능 시설은 지구단위계획에 따라 상이하다.
