경기주택도시공사, ‘초격차 안전보건경영 원년’ 선포

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 12일 ‘초격차 안전보건경영 원년’을 선포하고, 전사적 안전혁신을 위한 안전보건경영방침 선포식을 개최했다.

GH는 이날 행사에서 “사업장 모든 근로자의 안전은 GH가 끝까지 책임진다”는 CEO의 강한 의지를 담아, 6대 추진전략과 35개 혁신과제를 발표하며 본격적인 안전경영체계 강화를 선언했다. 6대 추진전략은 안전조직 강화·공공안전 선도, 산업안전 AI 기술 도입, 노동안전 인프라 확산, 자율예방체계 구축·운영, 사업장 안전관리 작동성 강화, 안전문화 확산 및 소통·지원 강화 등이다.

주요 혁신과제로는, 우선 정부의 노동안전 종합대책에 부응해 안전전담조직을 확대하고, 공공기관 최대 수준으로 산업안전보건관리비 집행기준을 상향하는 등 조직과 제도를 정비한다.

또, 산업안전에 AI 기술을 적극 도입한다. 공공기관 최초로 생성형 AI 기반 안전특화를 위한 ‘GH-Safety AI 매니저’를 도입하고, 건설공사 및 도급사업을 통합 관리하는 올인원(All-in-One) 재난안전통합관리시스템을 구축해 사고 발생 시 즉시 대응할 수 있는 체계도 마련할 계획이다.
