경기주택도시공사, ‘공정채용 우수기관’ 3년 연속 인증

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 한국경영인증원(KMR)으로부터 ‘공정채용 우수기관’ 인증을 3년 연속 획득했다.

공정채용 인증제도는 채용에 편견적 요소를 배제하고 직무능력중심의 공정채용을 모범적으로 운영하는 공공기관 및 기업에 대해 제3자가 객관적으로 심사해 인증을 부여하는 제도다.

심사 항목에는 채용공고부터 서류·필기·면접 등 채용과정의 전반적인 운영절차는 물론, 신규채용자 만족도, 채용비리 적발 여부 등도 함께 포함된다.

GH는 2023년 첫 인증을 시작으로 올해까지 3년 연속 인증을 유지하게 됐다. 특히 2025년 평가에서는 채용 시스템, 운영 절차, 채용 성과 등 모든 부문에서 높은 평가를 받아, 직무역량 기반 채용체계 확립과 평가절차의 표준화 등 공정성과 투명성 강화를 위한 노력을 인정받았다.
