수원시, 태양광 발전 정산금 압류로 지방세 체납 관리

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시는 6월부터 10월까지 ‘수익형 자산 기반 체납 관리’ 절차를 시범 운영해 지방세 체납자의 4개 사업장에서 태양광 발전 정산금 5700만 원을 압류했다.

사업자등록 업종이 ‘태양광발전’인 체납자를 먼저 선별한 후 한국전력공사를 통해 전력판매 계약 체결 여부와 정산 내역을 조회했다. 이어 제3채무자 지정 등 ‘지방세징수법’에 따른 법정 절차를 검토해 압류 절차를 진행했다.
