화성특례시, 아이 돌봄부터 아빠 육아 참여까지 2026년 돌봄 확대

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시는 2026년을 맞아 가족 돌봄 체계를 새롭게 정비하며, 시민의 삶 가까이에서 아이 키우기 좋은 도시 조성에 나선다.

내년 1월 맞벌이 부부 등 양육 공백이 있는 가정의 아이들이 안전하고 안정적인 돌봄 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록, 병점 유앤아이센터 내에 ‘화성시 아이돌봄센터’를 설치하고 돌봄 서비스를 확대 운영한다.

또한, 일 가정 양립과 성평등한 돌봄 문화 조성을 위해 남성의 육아 참여를 촉진하는 아빠 육아휴직 장려금 지원사업을 새롭게 시행할 계획이다.

2026년부터 3개월 이상 육아휴직을 사용한 아빠들에게 월 30만 원씩 5개월간, 최대 150만 원을 지원하며, 이는 남성의 육아휴직 사용을 자연스럽게 유도하고, 가족이 함께 돌봄을 나누는 사회 분위기를 확산하기 위한 취지이다.
