수원특례시, 경기도 민방위 유공기관으로 선정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시가 경기도가 주최한 ‘제50주년 민방위대 창설기념식’에서 유공 기관으로 선정돼 경기도지사 표창을 받았다.

수원시는 민방위 교육·훈련, 비상 급수·경보 시설 관리, 합동 훈련 등 민방위 업무 추진 성과를 보였다.

수원시 관계자는 "이번 수상은 시민의 안전을 위해 현장에서 묵묵히 노력해 온 결과"라며 "변화하는 재난 환경에 능동적으로 대응해 시민이 안심할 수 있는 민방위 체계를 만들겠다"고 말했다.
