이천시, 2025년 하반기 중대재해처벌법 교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=이천 이현준기자] 이천시는 지난 10월 29일 아트홀 소공연장에서 ‘2025년 하반기 중대재해처벌법 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 「중대재해처벌법」 제4조 및 제5조에 따라 사업장 내 안전보건관리 체계 구축과 관리자의 책무 이행을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 도급, 위탁, 용역 관계자까지 참여 범위를 확대하여 실질적인 안전 문화 정착에 중점을 뒀다.

오전 교육에서는 산업안전지원센터가 ‘2025년 정기 위험성평가 결과 보고회’를 통해 유해위험 요소 분석 및 개선 사례를 발표했으며, 오후에는 한국산업안전보건공단에서 발주 공사와 관련된 건설 현장 안전점검 사항과 사고 예방에 대해 설명했다.

교육에서는 중대재해처벌법 이해, 산업안전보건기준과 사고 사례, 위험성평가 결과 분석, 동절기 대비 안전수칙 등 현장 적용 중심의 실무 교육이 이뤄졌다.
