평택시문화재단, ‘계약이행 통합서약서’도입

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시문화재단 대표이사 이상균은 계약이행 통합서약서를 도입하여 행정 효율성을 높이고 종이 사용 절감 등 친환경 사무행정을 실현했다고 지난 10월 22일 밝혔다.

평택시문화재단은 올해 10월부터 계약 체결 시 제출해야 하는 각종 서류를 하나로 통합한 계약이행 통합서약서 제도를 시행한다. 기존에는 계약상대자 업체가 청렴이행서약서 안전보건 준수서약서 보안확약서 등 10여 종의 서류를 각각 작성 제출해야 했으나 이번 제도 시행으로 이를 1종의 서류로 간소화했다.

그동안 서류 누락으로 인한 보완 요청과 계약 지연이 빈번했으며 계약상대자들은 복잡한 절차로 불편을 겪어왔다. 이에 재단은 내부 검토를 거쳐 절차를 단순화하고 민원인 입장에서의 행정혁신을 목표로 통합서약서 제도를 도입했다.

이번 제도 도입으로 행정절차 간소화에 따른 계약처리 속도 향상은 물론, 인쇄물과 토너 사용량 감소로 친환경 페이퍼리스 행정 기반 구축에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

평택시문화재단 관계자는 "이번 제도는 단순한 서류 절차 축소를 넘어 민원인 중심의 실질적인 행정혁신 사례"라며 "앞으로도 시민과 협력업체의 편의를 최우선으로 고려한 행정 서비스를 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다"고 말했다.
