경기주택도시공사, ‘2025 GH 청춘 빌드업 창업 공모전’ 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사는 ‘청춘의 아이디어, 경기도의 미래를 빌드업하다!’라는슬로건 아래, 청년들의 참신한 창업 아이디어 발굴을 위한 '2025 GH 청춘 빌드업창업공모전'을 24일 공고했다고 밝혔다.

이번 공모전은 산업 전 분야를 대상으로 한다. 신청자격은 19세 이상 39세 이하 청년으로, △경기도 소재 대학(원) 재·휴학생△경기도에 창업한 초기창업자 및 초기창업기업 근로자 △경기도에 주민등록을 둔 자중 어느 하나에 해당하면 누구나 참여할 수 있다. ‘초기창업’은 중소기업창업지원법에 따라 사업을 개시한 날부터 3년이 지나지 아니한 창업기업을 말한다.

심사는 1차 서류심사와 2차 발표심사 2단계로 진행된다. 창의성, 사업성, 실현가능성, 사회적 가치 등을 종합 평가해 대상(1팀), 최우수상(2팀), 우수상(3팀), 장려상(4팀) 등 총 30개 팀을 선정하며 총상금은 1,400만 원이다.

GH는 이번 공모전을 단순한 포상에 그치지 않고, GH 창업특화주택 입주까지 연계하는 전방위적 지원을 목표로 하고 있다. 수상팀에는 ‘GH 창업특화주택’ 입주 가점 혜택이 함께 제공된다.

해당 특화주택은 수원시 권선동에 건립 중인 복합주거모델로, 저렴한 임대료를 기반으로 △취·창업 지원 △엑셀러레이팅 △마케팅 △자격증 교육 등 입주자(기업)를 위한 다양한 성장 지원 프로그램을 무상으로 제공한다. 임대주택 210가구와 공유 오피스 4개 호실로 구성되며, 내년 하반기 입주 예정이다.
