광명시, 미국 오스틴시 대표단과 산업·문화 교류 협력 강화

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시가 상호결연도시인 미국 텍사스주 오스틴시 및 윌리엄슨 카운티의 공직자, 상공인으로 구성된 중부 텍사스 대표단 29명과 만나 산업, 문화 교류 협력을 강화했다.

오스틴 아시안 상공회의소와 윌리엄슨 카운티 경제개발 파트너십이 공동 주최한 이번 방문은 지난 15일 광명시에서 이뤄졌으며, 대표단은 산업, 경제, 도시개발 현장을 살펴보고 우수 사례를 공유하고자 일정을 마련했다. 대표단은 10월 12일부터 17일까지 광명시, 파주시, 경주시 등을 방문하는 5박 6일 일정으로 한국 내 교류, 협력 확대를 위해 구성된 기업인 단체이다.
