광명시, AI 기반 1인 가구 안부살핌 서비스 도입

시는 지난 13일 한국전력 광명지사에서 한국전력공사 광명지사, 광명시사회복지협의회(광명희망나기운동본부), 광명시 1인가구지원센터와 함께 ‘1인가구 안부살핌 서비스’ 도입을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

이번 사업은 한국전력공사 광명지사의 사회공헌 사업으로 추진되며, 협약 기관들은 민관이 함께 고독사 위험을 사전에 관리하고 예방하는 지역 돌봄 체계를 구축한다.

‘1인가구 안부살핌 서비스’는 AI가 빅데이터를 기반으로 전력·통신 사용량을 분석하여 1인 가구의 생활패턴을 학습하고, 이상 징후가 감지되면 AI콜이 자동으로 전화를 걸어 반응을 확인한다. 응답이 없을 경우 관제센터에서 즉시 출동하며 담당 사회복지사에게 문자로 통보하여 신속한 현장 대응이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 특히 가족과 단절되거나 건강관리가 어려운 중장년 1인 가구를 주요 대상으로 운영한다.
