광명시, 전국 최초 '돌봄 통합지원 조례' 제정

시는 이 조례를 통해 노인, 장애인, 중장년, 청년, 고립가구 등 다양한 돌봄 대상자들이 '살던 곳에서 건강한 생활을 이어갈 수 있는 도시'를 만드는 것을 목표로 한다고 13일 밝혔다.
