성남시, 수정·중원구 원도심 재개발 5개 구역 정비계획 수립 착수

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시가 수정·중원구 원도심의 생활권 재개발사업을 본격적으로 추진하기 위해 ‘2030 성남시 도시·주거환경정비기본계획(변경)’에 따라 선정된 5개 구역에 대한 정비계획 수립 및 정비구역 지정을 위한 용역에 착수했다.

이번 용역은 수진2구역(122,172㎡), 태평2‧4구역(183,849㎡), 산성구역(52,090㎡), 단대구역(39,901㎡), 상대원1‧3구역(102,325㎡) 등 5개 구역을 대상으로 한다.

정비계획은 합리적인 토지 이용과 쾌적한 도시환경 조성을 통한 건전한 도시 기능의 회복, 정비, 보전을 목적으로 하는 공공계획이다. 성남시는 토지·건축물과 기반시설 등 물리적 현황은 물론 사회‧경제‧문화 등 비물리적 현황까지 종합적으로 분석하고, 지역 주민 의견수렴과 전문가 자문을 거쳐 각 구역 특성에 맞는 정비계획을 수립할 예정이다. 정비계획에는 토지 이용계획, 도시계획시설 및 생활SOC 확충 방안, 건축물 계획, 교통계획, 환경보전 및 재난방지 대책, 교육환경 보호 계획 등이 포함된다.
