수원시 ‘새빛 환경수호자’, 한 달 만에 쓰레기 8.3% 감량 ‘쾌거’

지난 7월 출범한 새빛 환경수호자는 환경관리원, 자원관리사, 무단투기 단속원 등 현장 실무자 999명으로 구성됐다. 이들은 수원시 706개 마을의 쓰레기 배출 거점을 매일 평가한다.
