수원특례시의회 환경안전위원회, 조례안 등 안건심사

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시의회 환경안전위원회(위원장 채명기)가 지난 4일 조례안 등 총 10건의 안건을 심사했다.

위원회는 먼저 의원들이 발의한 조례안 4건을 심사했다.

채명기 의원이 발의한 '수원시 자원의 절약과 재활용 촉진에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안', 김경례 의원이 발의한 '수원시 지하안전관리 및 유지에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안', 박현수 의원이 발의한 '수원시 농업재해 복구비 지원에 관한 조례안'은 원안대로 가결됐다. 한편, 채명기 의원이 발의한 '수원시 순환경제사회 전환 촉진 조례안'은 수정 가결됐다.

또한, 집행부에서 제출한 5건의 안건은 모두 원안대로 가결됐다. '수원시 녹색교통회관 민간위탁 운영 동의안', '칠보 생태환경체험교육관 민간위탁 운영 동의안', '수원시 환경성질환 아토피센터 민간위탁 운영 동의안', '수원시 기후변화체험교육관 민간위탁 운영 동의안', '수원시 자원회수시설 주민지원협의체 위원 구성 협의안'이 그것이다. 이와 함께 '제1차 수원시 탄소중립 녹색성장 기본계획' 보고를 청취하는 시간도 가졌다.

2025년도 제2회 일반 및 특별회계 세입·세출 추가경정예산안 예비심사안은 원안 가결됐으며, 9월 5일부터 8일까지 예산결산위원회에서 본심사를 거칠 예정이다.
