화성특례시, 하반기 청년 월세 지원 사업 신청자 모집

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 청년들의 주거비 부담 경감 및 주거 안정을 위해 18일부터 9월 5일까지 하반기 ‘청년 월세 지원 사업’ 신청자를 모집한다.

모집 대상은 ▲화성시 주민등록 거주 ▲기준중위소득 120% 이하(세전 2,870,416원) ▲보증금 1억 원 이하 및 월세 50만 원 이하 화성시 주택 등의 요건을 모두 충족하고 ▲2024년 1월 1일부터 신청일 사이 6개월 월세 납입 내역이 있는 19세 ~ 39세 무주택 청년 세대주(세대원 전원 무주택)이다.

이번 하반기 지원 규모는 68명으로, 배점표에 따라 고득점자를 우선 선정하고 지원 대상자로 선정된 청년에게는 기 납부한 임차료를 최대 90만 원까지 지원한다.
