경기도, 제80주년 광복절 경축식 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도는 광복 80주년을 맞아 ‘우리가 되찾은 빛 제대로 반듯하게’라는 주제로 오는 15일 수원 경기아트센터 대극장에서 도민과 함께하는 경축식을 개최한다.

행사에는 독립유공자 유족, 지역 사회 구성원 등 약 1,000명이 참석하며, 키르기스스탄·카자흐스탄·중국에서 거주 중인 독립유공자 후손 7명도 초청해 자리에 함께한다.

경축식은 오전 10시경 경기필하모닉오케스트라 60인조의 연주와 현대무용·한국무용이 결합된 미디어 댄스 퍼포먼스로 시작한다. 이어 해외·국내 독립유공자 후손들이 나란히 입장해 국민의례를 진행하고, 광복 80주년 주제 영상 ‘우리가 되찾은 빛 제대로 반듯하게’를 함께 시청할 계획이다.

이후 광복회 김호동 경기지부장의 기념사, 독립유공자 포상·표장, 김동연 경기도지사의 경축사 순으로 진행되며, 3월 1일부터 광복 80주년 기념으로 추진한 올해의 독립운동가 80인 가운데 아직 공개하지 않은 마지막 세 명의 독립운동가가 공개된다.
