여주시, 세외수입 체납 안내문 카카오 알림톡 서비스 시행

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시는 세외수입 체납액 징수율 제고 및 편리한 납부 분위기 조성을 위해 11일부터 체납자를 대상으로 세외수입 체납 안내문 카카오 알림톡 서비스를 시행한다.

카카오 알림톡 서비스는 납세자 본인 명의의 스마트폰으로 카카오 알림톡을 활용해 체납 내역과 납부 방법을 발송하는 서비스로, 기존 거주 불명자 및 해외체류자도 체납액을 쉽게 확인할 수 있고 다양한 납부수단을 통해 일상속에서 체납액을 편리하게 납부할 수 있도록 돕는다.

또한 수신한 정보는 본인 확인 절차를 거쳐야만 열람할 수 있어서 개인정보 유출위험도 방지할 수가 있다.

이번에 발송할 체납 안내문 알림톡은 각 부서에서 부과·관리되고 있는 각종 과태료, 과징금, 수수료, 사용료 등으로 25년도에 부과된 세외수입 체납자가 대상이다.

시 관계자는“체납자에게 정확한 안내문 전달과 편리한 납부 방식을 제공함으로써 징수 효율이 높아질 것”이라며, “다양한 납부 방법을 활용해 납부기한 내 납부해 주시길 당부드린다”고 말했다.
