경기도, 가평 등 호우피해 농어가 특별 긴급지원

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도가 지난달 호우로 큰 피해를 입은 도내 농어가에 저리 융자지원과 함께 각종 지원사업에 우선권을 부여하기로 했다.

경기도는 대규모 피해를 입은 농어가의 경영 회복과 시설복구를 위해 이같은 내용의 종합 지원대책을 마련했다고 11일 밝혔다.

지원대상은 가평, 포천, 안성, 이천 등 4개 시군에서 지난달 16~20일 호우로 재해피해를 입은 농어가로 국가재난안전관리시스템(NDMS)에 확정된 농어가이다.

우선 도는 다음달 재해피해 농어업경영체를 대상으로 농어업 경영자금 및 시설자금을 연 1% 저금리로 58억 원 융자 지원을 할 예정이다. 기존 도내 주소지를 두고 1년 이상 농어업에 종사한 도민을 대상으로 하던 사업에 재해피해 농가를 우선적으로 지원하겠다는 방침이다.

또 재해피해 어가에는 양식장 개보수 사업을 통해 전기설비, 배관 등 시설 개보수를 지원할 계획이다.

이같은 긴급지원과 함께 선택형맞춤농정사업 등 8개 사업의 내년 대상자 선정시 재해피해농가를 우선 지원하도록 사업시행지침을 개선할 예정이다.

재해피해 농업인의 소득보전에도 힘쓴다. 경기도농수산진흥원에서는 농업인 소득 향상과 신선하고 안전한 먹거리를 제공하기 위해 경기도담뜰 정례 농산물 직거래장터(도래미마켓)을 수원 광교 경기도담뜰(경기융합타운광장)에서 8월부터 11월까지 금요일(15시∼20시)과 토요일(10시∼17시) 8회 운영할 예정이다. 도는 이 중 8월 22~23일과 29~30일에 열리는 장터에 호우 피해지역 농업인과 농업인단체를 우선 선정하기로 했다. 또 접경지역 군납 농가 사업 신청시에도 우선 배정할 계획이다.
