경기도, 가맹 상표권 전수조사...459건 불일치

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도가 브랜드 경쟁력의 핵심인 상표권 정보의 정확성을 높이기 위해 공정거래지킴이 25명을 투입해 전수조사를 실시한 결과 전체 2,910건 중 459건(16%)이 가맹정보공개서와 지식재산정보검색서비스에 등록된 상표등록정보가 서로 다른 것으로 확인됐다.

이번 점검은 정보공개서에 기재된 상표권 정보를 지식재산정보검색서비스(KIPRIS)에서의 상표 등록현황과 비교하는 방식으로 5월 12일부터 6월 30일까지 진행됐다. 전체 2,910건 중 2,451건(84%)은 일치했으며, 459건(16%)은 불일치로 나타났다.

주요 불일치 유형으로는 ▲출원 후 등록 상태 미반영(161건) ▲만료일 연장 미반영(154건) ▲상표권 포기·거절 미반영(91건) ▲단순 오기(37건) ▲KIPRIS 조회 불가(16건) 순으로 나타났다. 이 가운데 상표권 포기·거절 미반영, 조회불가 유형 107건은 가맹점주의 피해 우려가 커 집중 관리 대상으로 지정했다.
