신청대상은 공고일(7/25) 1개월 이전 여주시에 주민등록을 둔 부부로서 혼인신고 후10년 이내 무주택 신혼부부로 부부 중 1명 이상이 18세 이상 ~ 39세 이하의 청년에 해당하여야 하며, 세대원 합산 연소득이 8천만원 이하, 전세가액 3억원 이하, 세대구성원 전원 무주택자로서 금융권(제1·2금융권)을 통해 주택 전세자금을 대출받은 경우 오는 8월 29일까지 접수신청이 가능하다.

신청은 오는 8월 29일까지 온라인접수(잡아바 어플라이)와 여주시청 복지행정과 또는 주소지 읍면동 행정복지센터에 방문신청 가능하다.

시는 선정 대상자들에게 기 납부한 은행이자 금액을 확인하여 매월 대출 잔액의 2%를 기준으로, 최대 2백만원을 심사를 통해 지원할 계획이다.
