화성특례시, 동탄2지구 4단계 준공 기반시설 인수 본격 추진

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 지난 7월 21일 동탄2지구 4단계가 준공됨에 따라 대규모 택지지구 기반시설 인수에 돌입했다고 1일 밝혔다.

동탄2지구 4단계 구간은 면적이 436만㎡에 달해 동탄2지구 전체 면적의 약 18%에 해당하는 대규모 구간으로, 시는 도시 기반 시설의 안정적 관리를 위한 효율적이고 체계적인 인수인계를 위해 지난달 28일 ‘동탄2지구 4단계 인수인계 TF팀’을 구성했다.

TF팀은 도로, 교통, 버스, 공원, 상하수, 하천, 녹지, U-CITY 등을 담당하는 15개 부서와 사업시행자인 한국토지주택공사, 경기주택도시공사가 함께 구성돼 있다.
