화성특례시, 도시 미관 위한 위법건축물 체계적 관리

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 위반건축물에 대한 강도 높은 단속과 체계적인 관리에 나섰다.

시는 2025년 1분기 기준 누적 3,957건의 위반건축물에 대한 시정 여부를 지속 관리 중으로, 도내 특례시 중 1위다. 또한, 1분기 이행강제금 부과 금액은 4억 9천2백만 원에 달해 도내 지자체 중 가장 높은 실적을 기록했다.
