여주청소년문화의 집, 스트레스 검사 및 이동상담 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시정신건강복지센터는 지난 25일 여주청소년문화의 집을 이용하고 있는아동과 청소년, 학부모를 대상으로 옴니핏(OMNIFIT) 스트레스 검사를 포함한 이동상담을 진행했다.

옴니핏(OMNIFIT)은 뇌파와 맥파를 측정함으로써 현재 스트레스 정도, 감정 상태, 집중력 등을 파악하여 스트레스 관리에 도움을 주는 장비로 참여자들은 검사를 통해 신체적, 정신적 스트레스 정도를 객관적으로 인식하고 건강한 방식의해소법을 습득할 수 있다.

이번 활동은 여주시민의 정신건강증진을 도모하기 위한 지역사회 연계간담회를통해 추진된 첫 협업 사례로 의미가 있었다. 이동상담에 참여했던 학부모는 그동안 가지고 있던 스트레스와 관련된 생각이 검사를 통해 눈에 보이는 지표로확인되어 만족스러웠다며 나에 대해 알 수 있어 좋았다고 높은 만족감을 표현하기도 하였다.
