전국 최초 광역 단위 가정 밖 청소년 전담 지원센터 출범

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 가정 밖 청소년의 보호와 자립을 통합 지원하기 위해 경기도가 전국 최초로 설치한 ‘경기도가정밖청소년지원센터’ 개소식이 24일 열렸다.

센터는 도내 38개 청소년복지시설을 총괄 지원하며, 가정 밖 청소년을 위한 정책연구, 프로그램 개발, 고위기 청소년에 대한 통합사례 관리 등을 한다. 청소년복지시설이 설치되지 않은 13개 시군의 가정 밖 청소년도 적극 발굴해 연계·지원한다.

또한 340여 명의 청소년복지시설 종사자 대상 직무교육과 소진(번아웃) 예방교육을 통해 실무 역량을 높이고, 지역 간 복지 격차 해소를 위한 맞춤형 지원도 병행할 계획이다.
