수원시는 10일 차세대융합기술연구원에서 열린 경진대회에서 ‘딱 1시간 주차 무료+이용자 중심 주차 정책, 효과 있었다’를 발표해 최우수상으로 선정됐다. 상금은 2000만 원이다.

현장 심사위원의 평가 점수(90%)와 지난 5월 19~25일 진행된 여론조사(10%) 결과를 합산해 심사했다. 심사 기준은 창의성, 난이도, 효과성, 확산가능성, 발표의 완성도 등이었다.
