시흥시는 10일, 서울 종근당 본사에서 종근당과 함께 최첨단 바이오의약품 복합연구개발단지 조성을 위한 투자양해각서를 체결했다. 지난 2월 경기경제자유구역 배곧지구 연구3-1용지의 우선협상대상자로 종근당을 선정하고, 약 4개월간의 협상을 거쳐 이뤄낸 결과다.
