특히, 정신건강복지센터를 중심으로 주거지원사업, 센터형 클럽하우스 운영, 집중 사례관리 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하며, 고립된 정신질환자 발굴 및 등록된 환자들을 지속적으로 관리하고 있다.

또한, 지역케어회의를 통해 보건의료, 복지, 주거 등 다직종·다기관 간 협의와 조정을 거쳐 대상자 중심의 보편적 서비스를 통합적으로 제공하고 있다.
