[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 오는 21일까지 2025년 귀농귀촌 교육생을 선착순 모집한다.

이번 교육은 귀농귀촌(예정)인에게 체계적인 기초 영농기술교육과 농업정보를 제공해 성공적으로 농업·농촌에 정착할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 교육으로 귀농귀촌에 관심 있는 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

2025년 귀농귀촌 교육은 기초반·주말반·심화반 3개 과정으로 교육비는 무료이며, 화성시농업기술센터로 방문 신청하거나 화성시통합예약시스템에서 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.

기초반 교육은 50명을 대상으로 3월부터 4월까지 매주 수요일과 목요일 오후 4시간씩 총 15회 60시간 교육으로 진행되며, 귀농귀촌의 이해와 기초재배 기술 등을 다룰 예정이다.

주말반 교육은 주중에 교육을 받기 힘든 직장인 60명을 대상으로 5월부터 6월까지 매주 토요일에 8시간씩 총 5회 40시간 교육으로 운영되며, 귀농귀촌의 이해와 농업 법률 등을 다룰 예정이다.

하반기에는 귀농귀촌 교육 수료생 20명을 대상으로 직접 관내 귀농 선도 농가를 찾아가는 현장 실습 교육(심화반)을 운영할 예정이다.

송성호 농업기술센터 소장은 “귀농귀촌에 대한 시민들의 관심이 늘어나고 있는 만큼 수요자 중심의 교육을 추진해 많은 시민들이 우리 농업․농촌에 잘 정착할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
