[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 오경희기자] 여주시 오학동이 ‘2025년 시민과의 대화’를 개최했다.

지난 1월 24일, 시민들의 의견을 수렴하고 시정 및 동정 운영현황을 알리기 위해 개최한 시민과의 대화는 이충우 여주시장, 김병선 오학동장, 박두형 여주시의회의장, 서광범 경기도의원, 여주시 의원, 오학동 기관ㆍ단체장을 비롯하여 각 마을 통장들과 주민 150여명이 참석했다. 

이날 2023년까지 완료된 정책 현황을 시작으로 2024년 시정시책 및 기존 건의 사항에 대한 진행 상황, 오학동 주요 사업 설명이 이어졌고, 두 시간 가량 대화가 이어진가운데 이날 주요 건의 사항으로는 ▲여주보-천남동-파크골프장 자전거 도로 연장, ▲상생바우처의 오학동상점가 확대, ▲걷고싶은 거리 무단투기 단속 및 환경정화, ▲현암지구 체육공원 입지조건 재검토, ▲출산장려, ▲관광객 관내 소비 증대 방안,▲버스노선 관리 등이 있었다.

이충우 여주시장은 “자리에 참석해 주셔서 감사하고, 오늘 건의해주신 소중한 의견은 시정에 반영되도록 노력하겠다.”고 전했다.

김병선 오학동장은 “오학동장실의 문은 항상 열려있으니, 이런 행사가 아니더라도 언제든지 오셔서 대화를 많이 요청해주시기 바란다.”고 말했다.
