[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 이상일 용인특례시장은 9일 처인구 삼가동 용인미르스타디움 보조경기장에서 열린 한국화학융합시험연구원(KTR) 한마음체육대회를 방문해 축하 인사를 전했다.

이 시장은 “지난해에 이어 올해도 뵙게 돼 무척 반갑고 한마음체육대회 개최를 진심으로 축하드린다”며 “오늘 하루 스트레스도 풀고 서로 우정도 돈독히 하시고, 다양한 프로그램을 맘껏 즐기며 행복한 시간 보내시길 바란다”고 말했다.

이 시장은 또 “한국화학융합시험연구원은 용인특례시 양지면에 캠퍼스를 두고 있고 원삼면 126만평에 조성 중인 용인 반도체클러스터에도 반도체 소재‧부품‧장비 기업을 위한 플랫폼센터를 구축하시겠다고 하셔서 참 감사하다”며 “플랫폼센터가 잘 구축될 수 있도록 용인특례시도 적극 힘을 보태겠다”고 강조했다.

이날 한국화학융합시험연구원은 용인 지역 취약계층을 위해 써 달라며 성금 1000만원을 전달했다.

이날 행사에는 한국화학융합시험연구원 전체 임직원과 가족 1200여 명이 참여해 축구, 계주, 줄다리기, 춤 대결 등을 하며 단합을 도모했다.
