[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이귀선기자] 경기도교육청율곡연수원은 오는 12월까지 지방공무원 40명을 대상으로 ‘하반기 6급 미래인재 성장과정’ 10기를 운영한다.

1일 교육청에 따르면 연수원은 지난달 15일 입교식, 18일 현충원 참배를 시작으로 미래인재 성장과정의 포문을 열었다. 올해부터는 기존 연 1회에서 상ㆍ하반기 2회로 늘리고 참여 대상을 지방공무원 전 직렬로 확대했다.

연수 방향은 ▲일터학습(OJT) 현장 지원가로서 성장지원 ▲나를 알고 ‘조직 및 구성원’과 함께 성장하는 배움ㆍ나눔 ▲가치 중심, 데이터 기반 미래교육 행정정문가로서의 역할 전환이다.

주요 과정은 ▲공직가치 정립 강좌 ▲정책연구 및 기획보고서 작성 ▲잡크래프팅 ▲현업적용향상 직무과정 ▲에듀테크 이해 및 실습 ▲자격전문과정 등이다.

율곡연수원은 이번 연수로 교육생들이 교육행정 업무 전반에 대한 직무 역량를 강화하는 한편 과학적 미래 교육행정 전문가로서 미래 역량을 신장할 수 있도록 지원한다.

이 외에도 기관 차원에서 탄소 중립 연수를 계획해 종이 없는 과정으로 운영하고 배너와 현수막 등 일회용품 제작 및 사용을 최소화해 지속 가능한 친환경 교육을 실현한다는 방침이다.

천상봉 경기도교육청율곡연수원장은 "6개월간 이어지는 장기 교육과정인 만큼 보다 몰입도 높은 연수 과정 운영을 통해 급변하는 교육환경에 적합한 미래형 인재 양성에 최선을 다할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

이어 “배출된 교육생들이 향후 경기교육을 이끌어갈 참여형, 현장 맞춤형, 성장형 미래인재로 거듭날 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
