경기도교육청, 전국 인성교육실천사례 연구발표대회 21편 입상

경기도교육청(교육감 임태희)이 ‘2023 전국 인성교육실천사례 연구발표대회’에서 1등급 2편, 2등급 9편, 3등급 10편, 총 21편이 입상했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 대회에서 전국 입상작 51편 중 21편, 전국 1등급 8편 중 2편을 경기도가 차지했다.

이 같은 성과는 성장단계별 인성교육, 인성교육 프로그램 개발, 인성교육 실천학교 등 실천 중심 인성교육을 강화한 노력의 결과다.

 

도교육청은 ▲도덕적·공동체적·수행적·지적 인성 연계 인성교육 ▲가정의 인성교육 기능 회복을 위한 학부모 참여 인성교육 ▲인성교육 중심 교과, 창의적 체험활동 등을 주제로 보고서 심사, 현장 실사를 거쳐 최종 입상작을 선정한 후 전국대회에 출품했다.

 

포일사과나무유치원 장혜영 교사는 `배·움·모·아로 연결된 마음 채움 길 찾기' 실천 사례로 전국 1등급의 영예를 안았다. 배움과 연결된 꿈길, 움직임과 연결된 숨길, 모두 다 연결된 숲길, 아름다움과 연결된 꽃길로 인성교육을 실천했다.

 

안양서중학교 노윤정 교사는 `인(仁)공(公)지(知)능(能) CARE 프로그램을 통한 디지털 인성 키우기'를 주제로 인성교육을 중심으로 학생참여형 과학 수업을 실천해 1등급에 선정됐다.

 

도교육청 서은경 생활인성교육과장은 “이번 연구대회는 가정, 학교, 지역사회가 협력해 아이들의 삶 속에서 인성교육이 이뤄져야 함을 보여주는 결과”라며 “자기 삶의 주인으로 미래사회 변화에 유연하게 대응하며 윤리적 책임을 통해 나와 공동체의 행복을 추구하는 인성교육 자료로 활용되길 바란다”고 말했다.

 

한편 인성교육실천사례 연구발표 대회는 인성교육 강화와 교원의 인성교육 실천 역량을 높이기 위해 진행됐으며, 입상자에게 상장과 연구 실적 평정점을 부여한다.

Seo Eun-kyung, head of the Personality Education Department at the Provincial Office of Education, said, “This research competition shows that character education should be carried out in the lives of children through cooperation between families, schools, and the community.” “I hope it will be used as a character education material to pursue happiness for myself and the community through ethical responsibility,” he said.

 

Meanwhile, the character education practice case research presentation contest was held to strengthen character education and increase teachers' ability to practice character education, and winners are awarded certificates and research performance evaluation points.
