용인시 '청년월세 한시특별지원사업' 신청 받는다

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 김정은기자] 용인시는 다음달 22일부터 청년들의 주거비 부담을 줄이기 위한 '청년월세 한시특별지원사업' 신청을 받는다고 12일 밝혔다.

청년월세 한시 특별 지원 사업은 최대 12번에 걸쳐 월 최대 20만원 범위 내에서 주택 임차료를 지원하는 국토교통부 사업이다.

지원 대상은 만 19~34세(2022년 기준 1987~2003년생) 청년으로서 임차보증금 5000만원, 월세 60만원 이하 주택에 부모와 별도 거주하는 무주택자다. 청년 본인 가구 소득이 기준 중위소득 60%(1인 가구 기준 116만 6887원) 이하, 부모를 포함한 원가구 소득이 기준 중위소득 100%(3인 가구 기준 419만 4701원) 이하 요건도 충족해야 한다.

청년 본인 가구의 재산가액 1억 700만원 이하, 부모 포함 원가구 재산가액 3억 8000만원 이하 조건도 갖춰야 한다.

보증금이 낮아 월세액이 60만원을 초과해도, 환산율 2.5%(주택임대차보호법 제7조의2 제2호 적용)를 적용한 보증금 월세 환산액과 월세액이 70만원 이하면 지원 대상이다.
